Initial enquiries
When you make an initial playing enquiry, you provide a link to a recording stored through a service of your choice, such as YouTube, Google Drive or Dropbox.
Jammin’ with Andy may retain the link, the information submitted with your enquiry and our correspondence with you. The recording itself remains stored with the service you selected and is also subject to that service’s privacy and sharing settings.
Coaching portal
If you join a coaching service, you may upload recordings directly to the Jammin’ with Andy coaching portal within EzyCourse.
These recordings are stored and processed through EzyCourse and may be accessed by Jammin’ with Andy to review your playing, provide feedback and administer the coaching service.
We will not publish, promote, use in advertising or otherwise share a private playing submission publicly without your express permission.
7. Analytics, cookies and advertising
The website may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for security, account access, checkout and essential website functions.
With your consent, we may also use services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to:

- measure website, content and advertising performance; and
- create audiences for relevant future advertising.
These services may collect information such as pages visited, referring sources, approximate location, browser or device information and interactions with the website.
We do not intentionally send coaching notes, form responses, submitted recording links or coaching videos to analytics or advertising services.
Optional analytics and advertising technologies will be controlled through the website’s consent settings. You may reject or change these choices through those settings.

Making an enquiry, creating an account or purchasing a service does not automatically subscribe you to marketing unless you have separately provided consent.
